Fueling a Better User Experience
Over the years, a global petrochemical company has employed different tools to monitor parts of its network, which led to high operational costs and poor user experience, and then it approached BT. Connect Intelligence Riverbed gave the petrochemical company an overview of their network and applications, allowing their IT teams to determine rising issues and WAN overload before the problems bother customers. Today, with BT’s assistance, the company capacity plans and provides improved quality services and enhanced customer experiences.
